Durban based reality star and businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize says she’s managed to face the most feared organization, South African Revenue Services (SARS), which violated her rights, publicly humiliated her, named and shamed, including being trailed and sentenced by the media before the court made its own ruling.

On Wednesday she took to her social media to introduce her legal team which helped her rise above SARS.
“Meet my legal team, who have helped me to face the most feared organization (SARS) and allowed me an opportunity for a neutral person to hear my side of the story. Even though my rights were violated, publicly humiliated, named & shamed, trailed and sentenced by the media before the court made its own ruling,” write Shauwn Mkhize.

Mam’ Mkhize says she is still standing firmly on her ground and when God says yes nobody can say no.
“I’m still standing firmly my ground when God says yes nobody can say no. Thank you, my team, for never forsaking me and walk the walk with me, it has been an easy journey Kwa Mam Mkhize episode 2 loading,” she wrote.
According to Sowetan, around March last year, SARS officials once again swooped on then power couple Shauwn and Sbu Mpisane’s plush mansion in the leafy suburb of La Lucia.
The publication reports that this was in a bid to attach some of their assets in an ongoing dispute over what they allegedly owe the taxman.

It is also reported that it was the second time in the same week that SARS officials descended on the property, following a visit earlier that week with heavily armed private security and Special Investigation Unit members who arrived in unmarked vehicles.
Sowetan reports that a Stuttafords Van Lines truck was parked outside the premises with a large contingent of staff members who were seen being briefed by their boss.
However, the truck later left the premises while SARS officials remained inside.

According to the paper Sars is involved in an ongoing dispute over what the Mpisanes, and their Zikhulise Group, owe the taxman. Sars made two successful court applications — one in Durban and the other in Pretoria — in 2016, in terms of which assets were to be preserved to cover an alleged debt of R141m.
