The public court has placed singer Kelly Khumalo under the guilty verdict and also claims that she’s part of the cover-up in Senzo Meyiwa’s murder.
And now, the Undithatha Kancinci singer has come out to say people should believe what they want to believe because they have decided to believe so.

In an interview with e.tv’s Morning Show, Kelly Khumalo says the weekend newspaper that ran a story that she was part of the cover-up was misleading the nation with their “false” report.
“At the end of the day, I promise you this, you’ll have ab egg on your face. I’ve spoken about the Senzo Meyiwa issue so many times but people have decided that they want me guilty. They have decided, so why defend myself? They must believe what they want to believe,” says Kelly Khumalo.

Kelly says that she and God know the truth and one thing she’ll never do is to protect someone that killed the father of her daughter.
“At what expense (protecting the killer). So they can believe whatever they want at the end of the day God still wins,” says Kelly Khumalo.

The newspaper claims that Senzo Meyiwa was shot by accident by one of the people in the house at the time of his death.
It is also alleged that one of the lead investigators on the case withheld crucial evidence.
Meanwhile, the slain former Bafana Bafana captain’s family still wants answers for his murder. They have turned to civil rights organisation, AfriForum for aid.

And the lobby group has appointed Gerrie Nel as the family’s advocate.
Senzo Meyiwa’s brother, Siyabonga Meyiwa says that he wants policemen that will serve the nation in a Godly manner.
“I heard that the police have said people who were inside have lied. Why are they saying that now? I want the minister to release those two faithful investigators, to tell the truth, that they have completed the investigation,” says Siyabonga.
