As a businesswoman, Mbali Mlothswa launched her maternity wear range SE Preggoz in South Africa and New York in 2015. She has recently showcased at the SA Fashion Week 2019. She was part of the team that dressed Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter. She’s a designer and owner of Essie Apparel.

Last year Mbali Mlotshwa launched the Enhle Cares Foundation at the inaugural Forever Young Gala DInner alongside The House of Mandela Family Foundation and Africa Rising, supported by the Global Citizen.
