In his Twitter-View (PrinceKaybeeTwitterView), South African producer, DJ, and businessman Prince Kaybee admitted that he once asked for a feature through Cassper Nyovest’s manager but Cassper made it seem like he was trying to suck up to him!

Prince Kaybee, real name Kabelo Motsamai said that it was during the xenophobic attacks when he asked Cassper for a feature.
“I wanted him to have a voice on good music for once and unite Africans but he made it seem like I’m tryna suck up,” answered Prince Kaybee. He also admitted that he loves Doc Shebeleza by Cassper.

In terms of working with “shotpan” aka Cassper, he laughed it off and said that he thinks musically they are too different, ending the answer with a simple “no”.

Prince Kaybee also said that he was inspired by Black Coffee to take up a career in the showbiz. Although he also said that he does not want to work with him.
“I don’t want to work with Black Coffee,” he said when asked if he will ever work with him in the future.

Prince Kaybee also dismissed views that his song to drop soon Hosh was a diss track to Black Coffee and Euphonik.
“It does sound like a diss track but honestly I wasn’t even thinking about either of those two gents,” he responded.

When asked why he doesn’t switch to Amapiano he said: “Don’t get me wrong I like it but I’m loyal to house music.”
When he was asked his opinion about putting South Africans first he said: “I think anyone in their right mind will agree with this proposition. But it’s dangerous if opportunities are only based on being South African, we need competent people to keep the economy afloat so if it means hiring someone that’s not South African.”

Prince Kaybee also said that he does not know why people in the showbiz are always pressed when he speaks and that he would like to know why.
