Following the loan-agreement between the Belgian top-flight side Club Brugge, Premier League’s Brighton & Hove Albion, to loan South African footballer Percy Tau in the 2019/2020 campaign without an option to buy, the former Mamelodi Sundowns Forward has thanked the club for a successful loan spell!

Taking to his official Instagram page in the early hours of Friday morning, Percy Tau said that he would like to thank the club’s players, the technical team, the entire staff, and supporters for his loan spell.
“I’d like to take this moment to say, thank you to the players, technical team, entire staff, and supporters for a successful loan spell. @clubbrugge I thank you ?,” wrote Percy Tau.
In 2019 News24 reported that the 26-years-old Percy Tau won the Proximus League Player of the Season award following his scintillating first season with Belgian second division side Union Saint-Gilloise.

The publication also reported that in his maiden season in Europe, the on-loan Brighton attacker made 34 appearances, scoring 11 goals and providing 13 assists.
The publication further reports that Percy Tau featured in 34 matches across all competitions for Union Saint-Gilloise and found the back of the net 11 times.

During that period, the Witbank-born star grabbed 13 assists, sending a strong message to his detractors that he was ready to make it big in Europe.
