Papa The Voice, real name William Kgaladi is or rather was part of the DJ Sbu Live Band which recently presented Maru A Pula single launch from his upcoming album dropping on his birthday on May 28. The launch was held on March 1st at Ziba Park Kwa-Thema.
“Do whatever you wish with my music I don’t want nothing to do with you. I regret the day I met that small whatever boy who is so satanically humble if there’s such a word,” wrote Papa The Voice.
Papa The Voice said that he thanks DJ Sbu for teaching him a lesson so glorious which is “Do not eat the rich man’s food because you will be eaten for jumping into pizza and Nandos ka itebala so go ahead and do whatever you like. You’re the best Mojita ever, God bless you with more money because that’s what it’s all about I quit music because of you and Pope…” expressed Papa The Voice.
Papa The Voice said that the world will know why he decided to quit and that’s a promise he’s making to DJ Sbu.
He also said that DJ Sbu should never forget that he never made him.
“Push Gash and Pope, they are too desperate, I am not that and I’m content with my poverty ke sharp ka wena bro,” wrote Papa The Voice in a note addressed to DJ Sbu’s official Facebook page.
Papa The Voice also made a very “painful” announcement that he quits secular music because he’s not willing to sell his soul to this demon-infested industry where a God-fearing person like him cannot operate.
He said he doesn’t want to be a diva, idol, hustler and rockstar for just cars and food.
“I’ll rather die poor than lose my life… to hell with the hell I want my peace now. I’m pleading to all radio stations playing my music to just please silence me. I’m done playing with untalented arrogant demagogues who believe they know a thing about me,” said Papa The Voice.
He warned that whoever thought will be successful with his music and those who claim that his songs are theirs, can do whatever they want…
“God bless and give you money so that you can give it to your Mama’s you owe them. Nna Mamaka o godisitse setlaela sa goba le talents…” he wrote.
When Mgosi.co.za called DJ Sbu this morning he admitted he knows Papa The Voice but he was not aware of the allegations made against him.
After putting the allegations to DJ Sbu he said he will go check on Facebook.
