Award-winning Isibaya actor Abdul Khoza has announced that he has tested positive for the novel COVID-19 virus, typically know as coronavirus!

Taking to his official Instagram page on Saturday, the actor that portrays the role of Qaphela on Isibaya said that he’s already self quarantining at home and taking all his medication.
“I tested positive for COVID-19, but I’m already quarantining at home and taking all my medication. So far I feel fine and have only experienced mild symptoms,” shared Abdul Khoza.
Abdul khoza said that united together we can fight this disease and recovery is very possible.

“Stay strong and stay safe. There is nothing to fear,” said Abdul Khoza.
Abdul Khoza is best known for winning the second season of the SABC1 reality competition Class Act, in 2011.
After Abdul’s crowning as the winner of Class Act, he left his job as a fireman in Durban and moved to Joburg to pursue a career in acting. He also served four years in the army before he became a firefighter.
In 2013, Abdul landed his first starring role as Two-Step, a rising soccer star who lives in the dappled suburb of Parktown with his fiancée, in the second season of the SABC1 drama series Intersexions.

Abdul is the son of Stan Khoza, the Independent Municipal and Allied Trade Union national president. His brother is the charming television presenter and The Queen’s actor Sthembiso ‘SK’ Khoza.
