Itumeleng Tladi, also known as Tumi Tladi passed away in the early morning of July 10, 2022 in Johannesburg. The family released a statement to Channel 24 on Sunday. Statement says, “Son, brother, and uncle, Tumi Tladi (30) sadly passed away in the early hours of this morning (10 July 2022) in Johannesburg”.
Family of Tumi Tladi has requested respect to privacy while the family grieves. The family also asks fans to keep them in their prayers.
The cause of death is not yet disclosed and details regarding the artist and funeral will be disclosed later.
On the first of July, the artist had released his new music video featuring Nadia Nakai and MustBeDubz, the song is called “Presidential”.
Itumeleng Tumi Tladi also worked with AKA and Costa Titch.

Before the untimely passing of the hip hop artist, he issued out a series of tweets reading “You only appreciate your loved ones when there’s a countdown, the small things don’t matter anymore”.
The artist also tweeted that DeJaVee and himself have and RNB project coming out soon. The artist said, “another side of me you never knew, get ready for it a while EP even”.

More music immediately!!!” the artist’s last tweet in the early morning before his passing. His death is indeed untimely as the artist had future plans for his music.
