This time around, Rouge, real name Deko Barbara-Jessica Wedi has chosen to shine a light on the bustling new wave of SA hip hop talent on her “Popular Remix” featuring Costa Titch, Phantom Steeze, Tumi Tladi, Hanna, and Blxckie.

Produced by Wichi 1080, the bars are still heavy, melodic, and catchy, and each verse gives the young talent a chance to flex their lyrical skills and flow. Dedicated to the people who are out there working hard to reach their dreams, Rouge’s Popular Remix is a good anthem to help you keep up those new year’s resolutions.
Rouge’s second single Gearbox, sees her team up with Mother City’s finest YoungstaCPT, the legendary Afrikaans rapper Jack Parow and producer Jay. With Rouge leading the charge, the rappers take each other on, spitting bars in their signature style and shifting gears with each verse, detailing their hustles.
