Controversial podcaster, Nota Baloyi who was recently arrested for contempt of court has taken to social media and made some incriminating statements about the late Costa Titch.
As it is known, Nota is one individual who is not afraid to express himself, no matter how damning and inappropriate the information may be.
Thus the startling allegations he made against the owners and organisers of the Ultra South Africa Festival, following the death of award-winning rapper Costa Titch.

South African rapper, Costa Titch died after what seemed to be a collapse during a performance at the Ultra Music Festival, on Saturday night.
These news came in as a shock and had many in disbelief as we had still been grieving the loss of another musician, AKA. When will it ever end?

Nota who has been making headlines lately after accusing many people of allegedly being involved in the murder of AKA. Has also implicated the owners and organisers of the festival in the death of Costa Titch.
He made some damning allegations on his Instagram account and said the Tsobanoglou family should take legal action against the event organisers.
Although he was apparently sentenced to 60 days in direct imprisonment for contempt of court, it appears Nota is roaming the streets contrary to reports that he is behind bars.
This follows a court order obtained by rapper K.O ordering him not to share information implicating him in the murder of AKA.
“The owners and organizers of Ultra killed Costa Titch. The strobe lights triggered an epileptic fit. May his soul rest in peace and his family sues them for wrongful death and his management for negligence. T-Effect lead 2 of their artists under management to their death in 29 days,” he alleged.
Though organisers of Ultra SA released a statement last week, paying tribute to Costa Titch and his loved ones. Some people are starting to question what really happened.
Part of the statement read: “We are devastated by the sudden loss of the beloved South African artist Costa Titch, who tragically passed away this weekend.
“Our deepest thoughts and most sincere sympathies are with his family, friends, and our entire community who are together mourning this heartbreaking loss.”
