“@vodacom Fourways remains the worst store ever! They keep winning the loser’s trophy. They never disappoint- year-in, year-out! Rubbish & dust! Yerrrr!!!,” wrote Rami Chuene (Official Twitter Account).
Vodacom went to the usual go-to: Don’t worry about the context, copy, paste, and press reply/send. Or better said auto-reply if you may see it fit to be addressed as such.

Rami Chuene told Vodacom where to get off when she said their staff [here – Fourways] is disrespectful. Expressing frustrations, she says that she’s been waiting for a matter to be resolved for an entire two weeks, well, time wasted, and never to be gained again.
Rami Chuene went on to express how disgusted she was by switching language gears.
“Been waiting for a matter to be resolved for two weeks and nou ke kokometše mo ekare ke kgogo ya go beela mae? Ba telela maan! Service ya mo a se yona. Worse, ba bolela maaka go feta Satane. Leeroy, Vivian, Reggie, all of,” said Rami Chuene and if we tune you in on this one, it’ll badly be communicated verbally and emotionally.

In a nutshell, they are alleged to be crooks with cracks, adding a claim that they are worst than the devil himself.
Vodacom came back a bit personal this time around saying they are sorry that she feels this way – as if she’s not self-aware of how she feels.
“We are sorry that you feel this way, Rami Please provide us with a little more information regarding your query so we can further assist – we are here to help,” responded Vodacom.
She feels disrespected as a customer, she is basically saying that she was served with a plate of the gallbladder, not only through her mouth but her nose too… that’s how she is emotionally right now. Customer’s support thrown right back at her face. Something like “we don’t need your money” and you’re doing them a small favor when you sign up for their contracts or purchase prepaid products, well, this shouldn’t be the case. Directly or indirectly as customers, we are funding the entire functionality of that Vodacom store(s).
The above is a chain that includes every staff member’s family due to the fact that they have a salary to take home. If it wasn’t for us, the customers, that store would have shut down a long time ago. Let’s learn to respect the real bosses that give your “boss” money to make sure your salary, which is your need, well, has been catered for. If your work position frustrates you to a point that you don’t know customer service? It’s time to weigh your options, by doing so, you will allow others to learn and unlearn the same process.
Moving right along, this is not the first time Vodacom gets called out and dragged to the pits by a South African celebrity.
Singer Simphiwe Dana not so long ago she gave it to Vodacom, saying that: she might just “sue” Vodacom over alleged “harassment” after she received a “rude” call asking her to pay up.
MGOSI.co.za reported towards month-end last month that Sinphiwe Dana said that she has asked Vodacom countless times to take her to court, yet they keep sending their “minions” to harass her.

Simphiwe Dana also indicated that it’s always “black” people who call in a very rude and uncouth manner.
