Pholoso Mohlala allegedly broke off his engagement to Somizi Mhlongo in order to restart his relationship with the mother of his child.
According to SundayWorld, the couple first came to the public’s attention in 2022 when Somizi made a hint about their impending nuptials, and they appeared destined for marriage. Pholoso’s birthday was celebrated lavishly by Somizi at the Just Cuban Lounge in Pretoria, in May, which fuelled rumours about their planned wedding, which is scheduled for September
However, according to reports all of those plans fell through when Pholoso and the mother of his child decided to give their relationship another chance. After the birth of their child, Pholoso left Somizi , according to a close friend who desired to remain nameless, in order to support the mother of his child through a trying time following the death of her own mother.
The couple is rumoured to have broken up, as they have both removed each other’s photos from their individual Instagram profiles. According to SundayWorld, Pholoso and his baby mama appear to be working towards improving their relationship. This implied that they were buying a new home in Kyalami, Johannesburg.
