Go to party-girl, “slay queen”, news anchor, and model Eva Modika aka The North Queen is on the verge of getting rid of the slay queen title as she joins Quiteria Atelier as a brand ambassador!
Eva Modika and Innocentia Morolong were once addressed as two smoking hot ladies who called themselves the Sandton Dolls who hosted endless parties – while most people knew them as “slay queens”.
Now, fashion designer Quiteria Lebohang Kekana has picked up the pieces by offering Eva Modika the ambassadorship gig.

In his business journey, Quiteria Kekana has had a few misfortunes in the last few years. Parting ways with business partners, his business going downhill, and finding himself in debts and not able to meet the production deadlines.
Quiteria Kekana also admits that he has attempted suicide six times during this “miserable” time.

Quiteria Kekana says that at Quiteria Atelier they are working so hard to make sure they don’t make the same mistakes again.
“I’ve lost money, I’ve lost sponsors, friends, staff members, and people have betrayed my trust, but we keep learning and moving because we know who we are,” he says.
The Limpopo born designer says that Eva Modika is classy, confident, and exudes fire.

“Eva is classy, she is confident and exudes the fire that is within a Quiteria Atelier woman. She is not afraid to speak her mind and she is the new generation of fearless,” he adds.
Eva Modika says that she had not once imagined being the face of such an elegant brand.
“I have come a long way from being the girl from Seshego. I am proud of how far I have come,” says Eva Modika.
This year Quiteria will be showcasing at New York Fashion Week, Milan, and Paris.

According to reports Eva Modika and Innocentia Morolong (buddies) could earn up to R100 000 a month for the work they did for wealthy clients which involved planning, promoting, and hosting parties.
In an interview with Drum Magazine (then), the two were paid to show up, host, dance, and hype up clubs around Johannesburg rubbing shoulders with the who’s who of politics and top business people.
Eva Modika has excitedly shared an invite from Milan Fashion Week’s Emerging Talents runaway for Quiteria Atelier in September.
