FOLLOWING Robert Marawa’s heart attack scare, Economic Freedom Fighter’s (EFF) leader Julius Malema has encouraged him to keep fighting. On Saturday the radio and television personality shared that he landed in ICU due to a heart attack, leaving listeners wondering where he was.
“Keeping fighting brother,” the EFF leader encouraged Robert.
Robert was thankful for the support and positive vibes. Saying giving up and giving in is not part of the equation at all this stage. He says we are compelled to do as you suggest (fight). Closing his tweet-reply with a sign of Amandla, including, “Stay strong brother and leader”!
Carol Tshabalala also added her message of support telling Robert to take time for himself, listen to his body and heal. “You’re a titan and will be back to your best before long. Sending you love and strength,” says Carol.
Other well-known figures that encouraged Robert to heal are David Kau, Mzwanele Manyi and DJ Sbu to name a few, including fans who showed him with their own messages of support.

According to the former SuperSport presenter, he was admitted to a hospital after not feeling well.
In the two-minute 20 second video, he shares his near-death encounter at the hospital.
Says Robert in the video: I thought I’d bring myself out of the dark hole where I’ve been for the past 2 weeks that’s caused my absence from Radio #MSW and give you a summarised overview as I begin to heal.
