Last year, 14-year-old songstress, actress, and dancer, Jeanique Fourie, showed off her incredible skills as she launched her hot new single ‘Pyramid’.
The single enjoyed success on a variety of local radio stations and now, as momentum continues to build, the young pop star has released the official music video to the track.

The futuristic music video highlights the message Jeanique tells in the song as it features a slightly nostalgic take on young love. In the video, the star is transported to a different planet as she navigates the strange land in search of love and connection. Filled with epic dance sequences and a beautiful backdrop, the music video is a testament to the fact that Jeanique is an exciting, fresh face in the local music industry – and she’s here to stay.

“Working on the music video was such an amazing experience,” Jeanique says. “I really enjoyed bringing this story to life and the team I worked with on the video was so professional. I really enjoyed the dance sequences and dancing in the rain while filming is an experience I will never forget. I am so excited for the world to see what I have been working on here as I take my career to the next level.”

The single was written and produced by South African pop sensation Daniel Baron, who continues to work with up-and-coming artists. Daniel is passionate about opening up the industry by guiding and assisting young artists to find their sound while helping them craft music which is reminiscent of who they are as musicians.
