ho Madjozi has partnered with Bridges Academy to offer a Sho Madjozi Scholarship for a female producer to attend the Academy in Langa township, Cape Town.
Sho Madjozi says the technical side of music is so male-dominated and she would like to see more women in that space.
“The technical side of music is so male-dominated & I’d like to see more women in that space. That’s why I’ve created a scholarship for a female producer to attend the Bridges Academy in Langa. The 5-month course starts in a few weeks and you can apply here,” wrote Sho Madjozi.
Bridges Academy said that they are excited to have partnered with Sho Madjozi to bring the scholarship opportunity to a female student that has an interest in sound engineering and studio work. – Sho Madjozi Scholarship.
“The Sho Madjozi scholarship will be hosted at the Bridges Academy in Langa, Cape Town and is part of our flagship program on music and entrepreneurship. If you want to grow as a creative entrepreneur, as an artist and more importantly on a personal level, you are in the right place,” reads the application form by the academy.
The Bridges Academy further states that the program has been designed by top educators and industry leaders and is focussed on three pillars, Sound / Music, Entrepreneurship and Mindfulness. This is a holistic program that will allow you to tap into your true potential and become the best version of yourself while developing a community and building a network with other students and our industry facilitators.
Before you continue with this application it must be noted that this program will be HARD WORK and requires your full commitment for 4.5 months. It is a demanding program and your available time during the day for other activities will be limited. – Sho Madjozi Scholarship.
