“Just in time for (a) birthday, last week I received an email from Harvard Business School accepting my application to study The Business of Entertainment, Music, and Sport. I was elated at the news and I knew that this year is a special one indeed,” wrote Zakes Bantwini via his official Instagram page.
Zakes Bantwini who is turning 40-years-old today said that he’s going to Harvard and that his album Love, Light & Music album turns 10 years today.

“I’m launching an international dance label All Electronic Music. This is indeed a special day,” wrote Zakes Bantwini.
He said that we don’t understand how happy he is, sitting at his home and his daughter singing happy birthday to him.
“Guys you don’t understand how happy I am… actually I never thought I’ll live past 25. Today I am happy and I’ve got a lot to celebrate,” said Zakes Bantwini.

Titled Amanga, Zakes Batwini’s latest offering is a big, speaker-filling track that’s as experimental as it is warm-hearted. The song will be launched today at Liberation Event’s 7th anniversary, Netherlands.

In creating his latest organic driving house tune, Zakes Batwini has worked with Nana Atta whose vocals float over the musical bedrock to create an irresistible addition to South Africa’s multi-platinum selling repertoire.
“I’m greatly looking forward to adding more releases, live shows, and collaborations to my ongoing mission to take South African dance music to the world,” he said Zakes Bantwini.
