Internationally renowned power house DJ and alleged abuser Black Coffee has announced that the court has ruled in his favor and the interim protection order by his estranged wife Enhle Mbali has been set aside!

And the alleged case of assault has been dismissed.
“In April I tweeted that I did not, and would not assault Mbali. I did this to set the record straight in order to correct the narrative that is out there. I thereafter chose to remain silent about (the) issue as I had faith and trust in the judicial system,” says Black Coffee.

Black Coffee, real name Nkosinathi Maphumulo says that following the proceedings, the court has ruled in his favor.
“The interim protection order was set aside and her case dismissed. Thank you all who stood by my side,” says Black Coffee.
However, Enhle Mbali has vowed to exposed everything in a press conference scheduled at a date to be announced.

“I decided to make this video because I have been silenced. I have been harassed. I have been intimidated for the longest of times and I am here emotional today because I wasn’t granted a protection order. Now, I am not going to say names because I don’t know the implications, but I am going to tell you guys everything – I have been protecting this man (Black Coffee) for far too long,” says Enhle Mbali.
Enhle Mbali says Black Coffee lied in the court of law saying he went under her arm as tall as he is.

“When he knows very well that he hit me. Slapped my had twice and pushed me into our marital property. I don’t feel safe as he’s also psychologically messing with my children, which is why I had to stand up and fight for myself,” says Enhle Mbali.
She has accused Black Coffee of calling her children telling them to stop this whole case.
“My child was crying and my child told me he does not feel like a child anymore because of the divorce he’s got new siblings and so many other things,” says Enhle Mbali.

She says that she is tired and she is now going to spill the beans on Black Coffee.
She has encouraged other women to stop protecting abusive men.
“Today is the last time I am silenced by any cause but own and that is GBV… To all the media house be aware that I’ll be doing a press conference,” says Enhle Mbali.
She has promised that she will expose everything, including text messages to prove everything that Black Coffee allegedly lied about in court.
