Simphiwe Majozi who is known for playing the character Sbu, is a multi-talented South African television character, singer, and songwriter. Whose fame came after he had been starring on South Africa’s most viewed television show, Uzalo.
The fan-favourite actor was allegedly dumped for cheating and assaulting his DA councillor now ex-girlfriend Kekeletso Mahlelebe.
Kekeletso, who reportedly dated Uzalo actor for six year, allegedly moved out of their home five months ago. This is when she got tired of his cheating.

After Mahlelebe confessed this, entrepreneur Jabu Monaheng also came out to accuse the star of assaulting her.
The DA councillor revealed to City Press that she cut all ties with Majozi as she could no longer take the actor’s emotional and physical abuse.
“The relationship was a roller coaster. Simphiwe was abusive. He cheated [on me] a couple of times, and his family was not nice to me, and he did not want to resolve anything. The relationship was centred on his friends and family’s opinions; it was just not about us,” said Kekeletso.
The couple who lived in Newlands, KwaZulu-Natal reportedly kept their relationship happy on social media even though their home life was not so perfect.
“He did not want to post anything on social media. He kept on saying that he wanted to keep our relationship private, but that was because he had a lot of side chicks and he could not explain to them [who I was to him]. He was very careful how he answered them [if they asked].”
“I went through his phone once and he was not only dating these girls, but he was also discussing me with them. I was keeping his home warm for him … I risked a lot to make sure that he was okay and that was draining because, at some point, I even tried to commit suicide.”
“When that happened, he saw me taking the pills and he just said I must do it [kill myself]. The following day, he told me that I was being selfish and I was not thinking for my child,” she said.
Speaking to the publication the politician continued to say that the actor also dated women from the set of Uzalo. The last straw for her was when he cheated on her with an 18-year-old who he brought to their home.
“I remember one time he had a gig in Pietermaritzburg where he kissed a woman in front of me … another time when we were in KwaMaphumulo, and he did the same thing. When I questioned him, he said he lived to give the fans what they wanted … There is also a girl who went to his house and that child is practically [part of his] his family. They were dating and she is turning 18 this year.”
Mahlelebe says she approached Women for Change when the star abused her and also reported him to the police when the star assaulted her.
“Simphiwe hit me once. I took him to the police station in Kwa-Mashu, and I asked the police officers to reprimand him and tell him not to do it again because I did not want them to arrest him.”
“Simphiwe loves his job so much and he will do anything to protect it. So, after that, instead of hitting me, he was emotionally abusive and did everything else to hurt me,” Mahlelebe said.
