Thabo Molefe, popularly known as Tbo Touch is a South African DJ, presenter, and entrepreneur.
Blogger Musa Khawula, known for controversial blogs on twitter took to twitter that Tbo Touch has been accused of “running Soweto TV to the ground”. The blogger tweeted that “Tbo Touch was accused of paying himself a 3 time” pay check as a CEO.
He additionally pays his own company ‘Touch HD’ WITH Soweto TV’s funds although “his company does not render any services” said Khawula.
The blogger wrote a thread on twitter accusing the DJ of exploiting workers and mentioned that the workers “have been working without a salary raise or bonuses for the past 3 years and no pension fund”, seems like the DJ is breaking a few laws.
These accusations got a lot of twitter users upset as a few commented under the blogger’s thread that the DJ is a “tsotsi” and “not humble”.
Tbo Touch retaliates by hitting the controversial blogger with a lawsuit saying that the blogger made statements for his own benefits and popularity. The DJ claims that the blogger did not even try to verify the accusations made to the DJ.
Tbo Touch demands an apology from the blogger to retract all the accusations he made towards the DJ, before Thursday at 16:00.
The blogger did not seem threatened or phased after the blogger received the papers. Musa went on twitter to tell the DJ “Hi babes @iamtbotouch First things first, before wanting to threaten me with lawyers I think you should address the grievances by the employees at Soweto TV under your management and the sexual misconduct cases against Brian Mokoena. The DJ took twitter yesterday that “I don’t believe in witchcraft, and I never will. If you drag my name in the mud, don’t expect me to descend to a pig’s arena. I’m 19 years in this game flying high with eagles not chickens! You got nerve” could this be faced to the blogger? We wonder.
