Dr Malinga is back and he is spitting fire at Makhadzi. For using him as a puppet to “promote” her One Woman Show. That took place last year in October.
The energetic musician and performer who was involved in a tax dispute with South African Revenue Service (SARS) is reportedly accusing Makhadzi of exploitation.
Accusations from Dr Malinga surfaced on FacebooK. Where he opened up about his encounter with Makhadzi in a series of posts.
Having been embroiled in a tax scandal with SARS in 2022, the struggling Malinga had been on the brink of losing all of his valuable assets.

This was before going public and speaking out about his financial situation on Podcast and Chill with MacG.
After his interview on MacG’s podcast, Mzansi came out in numbers to support and assist Malinga by donating money.
Donations worth R100 000 from ordinary and prominent public figures were raised to assist the financially unstable musician in settling a chunk of his multi-million tax bill.
Makhadzi was also one of the artists that took upon herself to help. But now, it seems as if they don’t mix.
The “Matorokisi” hitmaker gave Malinga a lifeline by adding him to the line-up of her one-woman show and promised not to exploit him.
However, her promise seems to have been broken. Since Dr Malinga has called her out in a series of Facebook posts over the alleged exploitation.
After three months of silence, Malinga has now come out to give a report of events.
According to the musician, Makhadzi has used him to promote her show. Malinga also alleged that no food, drinks or accommodation were offered to him after being promised that he would not get exploited.

He further mentioned that promoters have treated him better than the Venda musicians.
South Africans were left divided over the allegations levelled against Makhadzi. Mixed reactions surfaced on the internet after these remarks had been made.
As per usual, folks were quick to rush to the comment section to express their opinions regarding Malinga’s alleged predicament.
Some folks said Malinga was ungrateful and accused him of pulling a PR stunt. While others believed the musician’s Facebook account could possibly be hacked.
