Durban-based DJ, Sithelo Shozi has dropped a bombshell regarding MaMkhize and Andile Mpisane. Not only has she made claims about them forcing her to undergo DNA tests. Right after she has previously opened up about her ex, Andile demanding a paternity test to prove he is the father of their two daughters, Florence and Coco
But now news of the bombshell allegations had been leaked via a sworn statement submitted to the Johannesburg High Court last week.
In it, Sithelo accused Andile and his mother Shauwn aka “MaMkhize,” of “unlawfully and unconstitutionally abducting” her daughter Florence.
The DJ has three kids, two of which are fathered by the Royal AM Chairman, being the daughters.

According to a 24-page affidavit, Shozi revealed that Mpisane demanded a DNA test to prove his paternity. She added that she was also forced to prove she is the biological mother of Florence and Coco.
TimesLive reports that this is what she shared in her statement:
“As if that was not enough, I was also summoned to undergo the DNA test. This was done to confirm if I am indeed the biological mother … I obliged”, the statement read.
The mother of three added that DNA tests were done willingly but under “unlawful” circumstances. It takes us back to what Andile said back then when he said he’d make her life difficult.

She added: “I had no qualms undergoing the DNA test. I was faithful and loyal to [Mpisane] during our relationship.
“What I objected to was the manner in which they approached it — it is unlawful to abduct the child and force us to undergo the DNA tests.”
Sithelo also alleged that Andile and his mother do not allow her to visit Florence ‘baby Flo’ and it has been 10 months.
Also, they had visited their grandmother at her La Lucia mansion in Durban but only Coco came back. The reason she was given was that Flo was sick and that granny would look after her.
To her surprise, Flo had been relocated to Johannesburg and it has been over 10 months she had not allegedly seen her.
As a result, Sithelo allegedly does not grant Andile access to his second born daughter, Coco Mpisane.
