Award-winning musician, Samthing Soweto has released a highly-anticipated single, Amagents. Which he initially gave a teaser of in March 2022.
Samkelo Lelethu Mdolomba known professionally as Samthing Soweto, is a South African singer and songwriter.
This comes after he released his much anticipated single titled ‘Amagents’ and his fans and followers are raving. As they welcome him after a long minute since he released any music.
This is after he made headlines for opening up about his struggle with depression. “I’m sorry for the silences. I thought I was wack, but today I only discovered how dope I am #depression,” he wrote.
Samthing Soweto also shared that he was going through a lot last month, hence the weight loss.
Unlike the other tracks he has released in the past, Samthing Soweto is tackling his new music with so much meaning and grace.
His newest track that dropped today, the musician dedicates this song titled Amagents to his daughter as he embarks on his new music journey thus far.
He has called this newest project, “A simple yet complex message from a Father to his DAUGHTER.”
Samthing Soweto has been very forthcoming with rebranding and changing a number of things in his life. Including his music, and in the song he speaks about ‘Amagents’ translating to boys or men.
He says he has dedicated this song to his daughter while warning her that all men are the same. He continues by mentioning that, “Men will woo you and tell you that that you are beautiful but the truth remain that all men are the same”.

Samthing Soweto has been commended for the complex message and lyrical content he conveys in the song.
Although he has not announced any news about his album but fans are already excited for his comeback.
