According to anonymous, it is apparent that Unathi was fired for badmouthing her colleague Sizwe Dlomo. Apparent she had stated that he was the worst person she has ever had to work with because he is never on time, he is arrogant and to top it off, Sizwe is a rude guy.
Anonymous states that the main factor that led to her dismissal was that Sizwe took it up to Kaya FM’s management. He reported her for reputational damage. Thereafter the two were caught in an altercation, when Sizwe supposedly arrived late again. This time anonymous says that Unathi reported Sizwe to human resources for verbal abuse. Sizwe apparently used vulgar when addressing Unathi in their alteration. Unathi says that he addressed her with aggression and tried to intimidate her, she thereafter told HR that he is a bully.
HR called Sizwe in for a meeting about his behavior towards her. With good grace the mics were on in the studio during the time that the two were having this disagreement. It is evident that Sizwe did not in fact use any vulgar. Even after this evidence was disclosed, Unathi apparently threatened Kaya to involve lawyers. she says she was scared to be in his presents. She even went to the extent of saying that the evidence Sizwe presented was tempered with. This is what led to her dismissal.

After all the drama Sizwe comments on the abuse claims and says what Unathi did was wrong. Her accusations delegitimizes the claims of thousands of victims who’s cases fall apart because of lack of evidence. He proceeds to inform her that such an egregious lie was highly irresponsible.
