Mgosi got to interview the gorgeous Sho Madjozi on the premiere of her music video “Toro” and this is how it went:
1. What inspired “Toro”?
I was betrayed by quite a few people close to me in the last few years. I myself thought I would break but it turns out I’m really made for this and if something chooses you, there really is no way to escape it and nothing anyone does can take that away.

2. How long did it take for you to produce Toro? How was the experience?
It took a few months. I’m very pedantic and particular so I think my producers were getting really tired of me. But my perfectionism pays off, always.
3. How do you feel about tonight’s premiere?
The premier was fabulous. Seeing people’s response to the video was beautiful.
4. Did the premiere meet your expectations? What were they?
Well I wanted to celebrate the wonderful team that put that epic video together and I did that.
5. Seeing that you’ve been gone for so long, what can we expect from you after this?
I have a US tour, a children’s book called “Shoma and the Stars” and then an album next year.
As for the rest, people will have to see.
