It is true that you must have thick skin to carry the burden that comes with fame. But how much is too much. Our celebrities are suffering in silence, scared to speak up because we troll them when they do. Forgetting that they are human too.

This comment was obviously referring to Ricky and possibly herself too. People in the industry have emotions too, but we choose to block them out. Connie Just lost her husband last year, and so she knows what she means when she says looks could be deceiving. Just after this tweet people didn’t even take a split second before they start trolling her.
People took this tweet as an opportunity to call her mean and rude. Regardless of the emotions she was experiencing when writing that tweet. Considering how Triggering Ricky’s passing was.

Minnie Dlamini also made a tweet expressing her feeling saying “I won’t tell a word of a lie I am broken! Today’s news could’ve easily been me.” and a fan responded. “I personally admit that I laughed at the jokes that were made regarding your divorce and forgot that you are human and had the tables turned I wouldn’t have liked it . Ube’right ,I pray your better days will come soon for you and for everyone else who is broken.”
Just as this fan swallowed her pride and admitted her wrongs. We should do the same and learn to be more thoughtful. Depression is real…
