How chic was our favourite celebrity couple’s wedding? Out of this world if you ask us. Well, that’s because we have an idea of what the wedding looked like. Since they decided to wed in a private ceremony.
South African lifestyle content creator Tshepi Vundla and music producer Tabure Thabo Bogopa Junior, affectionately known as JR, tied the knot this weekend.
The couple announced in December last year, that were are engaged to be married. Which had many fans and followers excited for their union.
People took to social media to congratulate the couple and wished them well. But not everyone had something nice to say.
Others were stuck on the fact that Tshepi wrecked JR’s relationship with Naomi who was her best friend at the time.

Nevertheless, that didn’t stop the duo from getting married now did it?
Tshepi broke the news on Instagram with a picture of herself and JR, showing off her engagement ring. In what looked in a lobola negotiations day.
Since then, we have been wondering when the big day would be and it finally came. Unexpectedly!
On Sunday, January 29, the day after the big celebration. The content creator took to her Instagram stories, to share some images of the wedding.
Such as the backdrop behind the main table which had the couple’s initials and names written:
“Matshepang and Thabo’s wedding celebration” read the signage.
In a separate story on Instagram, Vundla shared a little more about her big day, describing it as “Yesterday was honestly one of the best days ever”.
“The fights, tears, nerves & stress was honestly worth it all,” she added.
The mother of two also reflected on how far she has come now that her big day had approached.
She also thanked her guests for respecting their no-phones policy and revealed that more content would be coming soon.
Bogopa and Vundla have been together for a number of years and have two children. A 4-year-old boy, Sibabalwa and 1-year old girl, Liyema. JR has two more kids from a previous relationship.
Now that the couple has finally tied the knot. Hopefully, the public won’t be crucifying the “Idols SA” judge. As they did previously, after he shared in an interview that Vundla was not yet his wife despite being together for many years.
On that note, we wish them a blessed and happy union together.
