Lerato Kganyago amid malicious allegations that LKG owes the establishment!opular Sunninghill eatery, Meat Lounge has apologized to Metro FM’s
“We would like to categorically state that we, as an establishment, are not owed by Lerato Kganyago.”
“We are horrified that Meat Lounge is being dragged into malicious, attention-seeking stunts by one of our ex-employees. We would like to categorically state that we, as an establishment, are not owed by Lerato Kganyago,” reads a statement issued by Meat Lounge on Friday.
Meat Lounge management said that they regret that Lerato Kganyago has been brought into an incident that has nothing to do with her.
“Furthermore, Ms. Kganyago is not the cause of any employee being dismissed by Meat Lounge. We regret that she has been brought into an incident which has nothing to do with her, and apologies to Ms. Kganyago for the distress and tarnishment to her reputation,” said the establishment.
Meat Lounge’s management said that they take these allegations very seriously, and have instructed their attorneys with respect to the matter.
According to reports, This comes after the restaurant dismissed a worker and the worker went around spreading malicious information that Lerato Kganyago was indebted to the restaurant.
This top-class establishment is also popular for hosting top-class events, including celebrity birthdays.
In 2015 it was also reported that the residents of Baldersani complex on Simba Road in Sunninghill expressed anger and concern with regards to a great deal of noise emanating from Meat Lounge, across the road.
The establishment is located at the Core Shopping Centre, Leeuwkop Road, Sunninghill, Sandton.
