On Saturday Lootlove broke her silence after she was contacted by a certain newspaper to comment on an article they’re pursuing their Sunday’s edition.
“It’s all fun and games until you’re put into a position to share something you don’t want to share. This happened with my pregnancy and it is happening now again. To be honest, I would’ve preferred to not say anything… but here we are,” said Lootlove in a statement released via her official Instagram page on Saturday.
Lootlove said that she got contacted by a Sunday paper and she thought it would be best for her to say something to avoid being misquoted or lied about.
“My team and I have responded to the journalist as well,” said Lootlove.
Lootlove said that she and Reason, real name Sizwe Moeketsi have separated, however, they continue to partner gracefully in raising their beautiful kids.
“I think anyone going through something this complex and painful, would understand why I wouldn’t want anyone to have a front-row seat to my grieving and healing but with that being said: It is important to mention that Sizwe and I remain, friends, & really want to focus on raising our happy, healthy and loved up babygirls,” concluded Lootlove.
According to various reports when Reason and ex-wife got divorced after 7-years of marriage, it was alleged that the rapper had cheated on his then-wife with Lootlove, and she was the alleged cause of their split.
MGOSI.co.za went as far as March 2017 to take a look at Lootlove’s Instagram and there were no snaps of the two together.
However, the latest photo on Reason’s Instagram was posted in September 2019 when the couple was congratulating actress Dineo Moeketsi and musician Zothile “Solo” Langa after they tied the knot. He also kept another photo of them when Lootlove was pregnant with the twins.
