Kabza De Small, one of our favorite Amapiano artists in the country as well as internationally, has decided to tie the knot by paying lobola for his long-term sweetheart Kamogelo Geloo Moropa.
We congratulate the couple, Kabza De Small and Kamogelo Moropa on making the decision to finally take the next step by fully committing to one another after a long period of being together and experiencing trials and tribulations that caused their relationship to be on and off.
It is apparent that the artist tied the knot over a month ago. September is when he payed lobola to Kamo’s family, asking for her hand in marriage.
This got us thinking why something so beautiful is kept lowkey?
We heard from an anonymous source that Kamogelo Moropa would rather not have people intrude on her love life with amapiano artist Kabza as there is too much pressure that comes with the whole world knowing the details of their relationship. This is why we see posts of them wearing traditional symbols of marriage yet beardly any posts about the event. The couple has not even given us minor details on the event.
Meanwhile, Kabza’s family has also given him advise that amasiko are private matters. Culture is to be shared with the family and close friends. This is why the couple have not spoken about it on mass media. They are avoiding people’s potential judgment on their relationship and cultural practices.
According to Kabza’s friend, the izipandla that we see Kabza wearing on his social media are a traditional symbol of him being taken. We congratulate the amapiano King once more. After losing his child in 2020, Kabza leaves this year as a blessed married man. Let’s keep our fingers crossed to see their wedding pictures soon on their social media sites.
