Jub Jub says after Amanda’s video he carefully watched the Mac G’s podcast he was a guest in. He reflected on his words about Amanda du-Pont and admits that the interview was inappropriate. Speaking of his personal relations with Amanda was unacceptable.
Jub Jub says he is in deep regret for disclosing the information he disclosed on the show. He says “I wish to apologize unreservedly to Amanda for the humiliation and hurt I caused her. I also apologize to my fans and the public for the inappropriate language I used during the interview.”

In his apology he does not address what his mother mama Jackie had to say about the entire incident. He says regarding the rape accusations by Amanda du Pont, Masechaba Khumalo and his cousin Bonokuhle Mtsweni. He will allow the law to take its course. Therefore not denying nor confirming the accusations against him. He also asks that we as the media and fans leave the matter to the hands of the law as well, and not involve ourselves further. This might be a “big ask” considering the fact that the whole matter unfolded in the eyes of the media. And many of us are concerned and want the truth, since we were brought into the matter.
