The Idols SA 2018 winner Yanga Sobetwa who was not paid her 1 million prize money for winning the competition, finally announced that she purchased a property for her family.

On Wednesday morning Yanga Sobetwa took to social media to announce the good news.
“It’s another good morning for the young lights. I finally purchased a property for my family and I. God is good, man! I write this in disbelief! Thank you to my parents who helped me make wise decisions and for your prayers and support,” wrote Yanga Sobetwa.

After it came out last year that Yanga Sobetwa has not received a dime from her 1 million, Idols SA said that she will be paid soon and we guess they delivered on their promise.
Yanga Sobetwa also wrote that she’s about to go to Port Elizabeth, finishing her matric, have a car and, an album.
“… This is me thanking God for everything he’s done for me and everything I’ve wanted to achieve before the age of 20, not bragging but showing people that God can do it for you too,” shared Yanga.

Yanga Sobetwa is currently preparing for her tour, Yanga Sobetwa Promised Land Tour which will take place on February 22, 2020, at the Gallery in Port Elizabeth’s Boardwalk, Eastern Cape.
Her Promised Land Tour will feature Amanda Black with Thandokazi as the opening act. Tickets are available at Computicket from R100 – R200 (VIP). The show starts at 19:00 (CAT).

Yanga’s debut album Promised Land is available in all music stores nation-wide, including digital music stores.
