Broadcaster, entrepreneur and business owner, Faith Mangope has apparently officially handed in her resignation from the Power Lunch show on Power 98.7.
The television personality is best known for anchoring the E.tv television show Sunrise. However, Faith is also a radio personality and host on Power FM 987.
Seasoned television and radio host, is reported to be leaving Power 98.7 for Metro FM in April according to ZiMoja.
Faith set to join the new line-up at Metro FM to be announced at the end of March. According to an insider, the Mpumalanga-born host has already handed in her resignation and is excited to start her new job.
“She’s leaving. A gone girl. The offer was too good to resist and Power cannot at this point afford to counter offer.”
As it seems, Mangope has dumped her Power Lunch Show at 98.7 for a new slot at Metro FM. We bet no one saw this coming, but these things happen. Big ups to Faith!

According to entertainment commentator, Phil Mphela, the on-air personality will take over Ayabonga Cawe’s slot who also happens to be leaving his station.

Ayabonga will be leaving Metro FM to pursue his passion for economics. Although, little is known about his next stop, rumour has it that he is headed for greener pastures.
Apart from being an on-air media personality Ayabonga also doubles as a columnist, photographer and activist.
