DJ Fresh and Euphonik claim that they have been granted access to the statements obtained in the course of the alleged rape investigation, involving Siphelele Madikizela!ormer 947 rape accused duo
And the victim, Siphelele Madikizela’s star witness “Michelle” the roommate Siphelele Madikizela claims was with her during the alleged rape incident has stated under oath that she was never at the Bed and Breakfast.
Quoting from the claimed police statement: “It (the) incident that Siphelele mentioned that I was with her at a Guest ‘B and B’. I was never with there. I do not have any knowledge of this incident”.
So, saying she was not there equates to “it did not happen”?
Mind you, this is Siphelele Madikizela’s “friend” who claims not to be aware of the incident – we usually tell some friends about such ordeals.
“As we have said from day one, Ms. Madikizela’s allegations are nothing but a fabrication,” said DJ Fresh and Euphonik.
Apparently, Siphelele Madikizela’s aunt has DJ Fresh cellphone tens and the Big Dawg denies even knowing the aunt. This after he claimed that a relative of the woman accusing him of drugging and raping her back in 2011, told him that the woman was a “pathological liar”.
“Now that DJ Fresh has been caught lying about something that puts the character to question, are you, men who have been defending him going to ask him why he would have to lie about something like that if he is really innocent,” asked @phume22 – the lady who made your “men” twerk for a Play Station on live Instagram.
DJ Fresh replied saying that there is only one lair in the equation and it’s Siphelele Madikizela.
“There is only one liar in this equation, and she has all ya’ll in a frenzy! More to be revealed in the morning,” and the “more” is that they managed to get access to a police statement.
Siphelele Madikizela had previously stated that she was a virgin when the duo allegedly penetrated her.
The matter could not be prosecuted by the National Prosecuting Authority of South Africa due to lack of evidence. In most cases, rape incidents are thrown out of court due to a lack of plausible evidence, which does not necessarily mean the alleged victim is lying.
