According to DailySun, Khawula appeared in court with a new lawyer after previously being represented by LegalAid.

He has already admitted fatally stabbing Khambule but said it was in self-defence. The Magistrate had already issued a warrant of arrest for Khawula when he did not pitch on time. But it had been withdrawn after his arrival.
In August, Sweetness Japtha, Wandile Kambule’s partner, explained how Khambule was allegedly stabbed to death by Khawula.
Captain Frederick van Wyk, Western Cape police spokesperson, confirmed that a 29-year-old suspect was arrested for Khambule’s murder.
According to reports, Vredenburg police responded to a complaint of a person who was stabbed on March 4. At the premises on Gou Street, Ongegund, Vredenburg,” said van Wyk as reported by Sunday World.
Earlier this month, Twitter users alleged that Khawula was already behind bars for Khambule’s alleged murder. Even so, the blogger claimed he had “never been to jail”.
Now that the cat is out of the bag, the blogger has been appearing in court. But this time with a private lawyer. Howwever, the case was postponed to November 1, to allow the blogger to consult with his lawyer.
“This will be to afford you and your legal representative time to consult so a decision can be made regarding the future management of this case,” said magistrate Reginald Gibson.
The publication further reports that the blogger arrived at court wearing a large scarf to mask his identity.
So like everybody else, we are interested in knowing where the blogger is now.
In a Twitter Space earlier this month. Musa said he had “a bone to pick with some people” adding that he did not want to be “nice”.“
“I risked my account for you and I gave you good a** content. I don’t even feel bad that when I left the last thing I shared was Lulo Cafe’s nudes. I’ll share them again, They’re coming on my YouTube. I don’t regret anything,” he said.
