The social media sensations shut Instagram down with the preview of their brand-new show. The reality show titled Birth of Stars will follow the content creators through their personal life ventures.
Viewers will also be watching the creators’ journeys to fame. With this show, the trio have set out to educate their fans about queer lives and issues.
Oratile Masedi aka Coachella Randy was the first to announce the arrival of Birth of Stars. He was joined by fellow content creators Kamohelo Pule and Kagiso Mogola.
The trio posted a video announcing their show on Instagram. They have also started a joint Instagram page named after their show. On the page, the three creators can be seen posing in glamorous make-up and outfits.
The creators announced their show with an Instagram video captioned: “The wait is over! The countdown officially begins…”. The post continues with: “@birthof_stars premiers Friday the 8th of July on YouTube…”.
The trailer had many social media users excited. Even fellow content creator Lasizwe Dambuza felt compelled to comment “Yesss”. The trailer also suggests that Dambuza will be making an appearance. According to Coachella Randy, viewers can also expect other famous faces he considers role models.
The show will also be exploring the friendship-business terrain between the three creators. The trio said that they started off as friends and “grew into a business relationship”. Birth of Stars will be available on YouTube from the 8th of July with free access to anyone. The show is expected to air every two weeks with approximately 25-minute-long episodes.
