Cassper Nyovest started his musical journey at the tender age of 12. With big dreams of one day becoming an industry heavyweight in music and did just that.
The multi-platinum selling rapper went from being a high school dropout at 16 to filling up the largest stadium in Africa with 68 000 people in 2017. Adding yet another successful accolade to his name.
This made him the first South African musician to do this, and now he wants to be the first South African rapper to become a billionaire before the age of 40.

The rapper took to Twitter to inform his followers and fellow South Africans of his plan to become a billionaire. At just 31 years old and as of the year 2022, the rapper already has an estimated net worth of R48 383 160.
A few years back, the rapper had shared that he planned to be South Africa’s first Hip-Hop billionaire in 10 years and a few days ago. He took it upon himself to revise the plan stating that this may happen a lot sooner than he initially thought.
With just nine years to go, Nyovest seemed quite confident and determined to make his billionaire dream come true tweeting: “I’ll be a billionaire before 40. God engineering!!!!!” The rapper, who is known for defying odds and pushing boundaries. Hinted at a successful meeting that may seemingly set him well on his way to achieving this goal.
In early 2021, Cassper Nyovest partnered up with Drip to launch a shoe line called The root Of Fame .990. Later that year, the rapper launched his very own liquor brand Billiato, a beverage he introduced as a “taste of wealth” and dedicated to the dreamers and future billionaires like himself.
This might serve as some kind of affirmation and evidence that the billionaire theme exists throughout the rapper’s professional life. Nyovest appears quite determined to make his dream a reality. One might be left to wonder what the next 9 years has in store for the Doc Shebeleza rapper.
