The news comes after Zimoja reported that she was on a journey towards wellness and health.
She explained to the media that her previous life did not mesh with her future plans.
“I’m too old to be experimenting with drugs. There’s a lot at stake. I am a businesswoman, and drugs don’t fit where I see myself… I always envisioned more for myself… I invested a lot in how I want to look when I am 50,” she reportedly told Zimoja.
Bubbly acknowledge that she enjoys drinking but has chosen to limit her consumption because it is bad for her mental health.
The reality TV star also disclosed that she has returned to her hometown of Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, where she now owns a new house and a business.
She claimed she made the decision to return because she found Joburg to be too much. She admitted to taking medication to treat her anxiety and depression to Zimoja.
“I need tranquility. I have anxiety and I’m on medication. I am always careful not to get triggered. I always need to make sure that I am in good place in my life… I am not a sangoma but have more of a prophetic calling. So, I am at a place where I need peace and less drama.”
According to reports, Bubbly will continue to appear on the show alongside Gina, Primadonna, and Wandi. Three new faces will be joining them, Diamond, Dione Xanthe, and Lebo.
Later this month, on August 22, Showmax’s This Body Works For Me will return for its second season.
