Celebrity duo, or shall we say celebrity lovebirds, Bohlale Makgolane and Lunathi Mampofu have been giving hints of being romantically linked for some time now.
But none of them actually never came out with it. So guess what? We are here to fill you in on what’s what. A new celebrity couple is in the block. Firstly, we have to admit that they look good together, and who would have thought?
Bohlale popularly known as Bo Maq is a young South African artist and film director, to say the least. Coupled up with Lunathi who is a South African actress best known for her starring role as Zikhona in the SABC1 drama series Ingozi.
Having set eyes on each other for the first time on set. Bo Maq and Lunathi never really had a thing for each other until Bo Maq started working on the production of the The River. That is when things kicked off.
“We never thought we would date at all, but it just started happening that we started talking. I had always had her number from years back when I asked her to do an interview but we were not speaking like that you know,” Bo Maq said.
Makgolane told Mgosi that Mampofu says that he always made sure she was well taken care of on set. By asking what she needed and made sure it happened and that is how their love affair began.

The two started dating back in December 2021. But had been hanging out together before then. Which is what makes their relationship unique because they have always agreed to be best friends first before anything. 
What’s more is that they are also able to take on business projects together and work on their careers together as business partners.
“That’s not easy because of different interests etc. but we manage very well to a point where we’ve started our own company together,’ the musician told the publication.
Outside of work related stuff, the couple are adrenaline and nature freaks who love spending their time together outdoors and traveling.
During an interview with the musician, we asked what was one of the biggest lesson he learnt from his previous relationship. This is what he had to say:
“Just communication. I think I am at my peak of communication now because of the relationship I am in. From my previous relationship I think I learnt that if you don’t communicate then it won’t work out.”
We also asked if he thinks Lunathi is his soulmate and he told us that he never believed in them. He never knew what it was, but he thinks he does now.
“And I don’t think I can connect with anybody the way I’m connected now. So if that’s what it is, then yeah I’m about it,” says Makgolane.
From where we are standing it sounds like Bo Maq might have met his dream girl. Best wishes to you two!
