Swazi-born South African actress Amanda du-Pont has announced she bagged a new role with the streaming platform, Netflix’s Slay, coming to the platform on April, 26!

“SLAY…coming to Netflix 26 April ❤️ God is moving,” wrote Amanda du-Pont.
Amanda du-Pont is an actress, a model, and television presenter best known for her role as Thabisile Dlamini, who was introduced as a friend of Alilai Mukwevho, and a business associate to KK, on the SABC2 soap-opera Muvhango from 2009 – 2011.

Amanda du-Pont is also known for her role as the most conniving Lelo on the SABC1 youth soapie Skeem Saam, joining the show in Season 3.
Amanda du-Pont has acted in numerous television series including Generations, A Place Called Home, City Ses’la, Life is Wild, Intersexions, Single Guys, and End Game.

Amanda du-Pont also stars as Alley in the Netflix superhero series Shadow, which was released worldwide on 8 March 2019.
Amanda du-Pont is also known for co-hosting the SABC1 celebrity gossip show The Real Goboza (RGB), joining for the final episode of Season 7 before going on to Season 8, in November 2013.
“Fitness has become a huge part of my journey. Putting in the work every day in my training and eating has given me a new drive for life and achieving my goals as well as helping me balance set life,” she says.
Earlier this month (April) she was live on TikTok, where she was doing a workout and just having a chat, including welcoming those that have questions to ask her to write them down on her official Instagram comments section.
