As you know, Tol Ass Mo and Mome are one of South Africa’s most loved couple on screen. Even amidst all the drama they were faced with in previous years.
Mongezi Mahlangu best-known as Tol Ass Mo was recently “vindicated” of all charges levelled against him. He was named along with the people who sexually assaulted Lerato Moloi.
As for those fabricated lies, the retired comedian is now suing Lerato for defamation of character and with that, the artist intends on getting justice.
The couple had been in the public spotlight for some accusations against Tol Ass Mo who has been acquitted of his charges.
Mome Mahlangu on the other hand, loves her husband so boldly that she has been such a supportive wife amidst the rape charges. Including every obstacle that they were faced with as a couple.
She is a true definition of what ‘Imbokodo’ means!

As a result, the couple is determined to fight back for their favourable image and getting back to doing what they love.

The pair have recently moved onto new business ventures namely;
Mome
- Is launching her book titled Mome’s Depth of Black Love, of which the first launch will be held in Cape Town.
- She’s also a fitness expert, she has a business called Mome’s Wellness, which supplies supplements that have also helped her with her weight loss journey & is now helping many others in South Africa & Internationally.
- Mome is also starting a Mental Health Awareness program, which will be happening monthly and the first event of the program will be on March 4. It comprises of Yoga, Meditation, Talks, Walks and even gaming with celebrities like Khabonina Qubeka, Eugene Khoza and many others joining Mome & Tall Ass Mo.
Tol Ass Mo
- Is starting a lifestyle audio podcast with Eugene Khoza, it’s main focus is on real life issues and topics of interest.
- Tall Ass Mo & Eugene Khoza will also be doing a first-of-it’s-kind two-man comedy show across the country.
- Eugene & Tall Ass Mo will also be launching a Youtube series called The Man-Man Experience in which they will be travelling across a few countries in efforts to uncover hidden gems around the world whilst having engaging conversations and enjoying different cuisines.
- Lastly, in light of recent developments regarding Tol Ass Mo’s 3-year court case of which he was acquitted of all charges. Mo has teamed up with Michael Bolhuis in efforts to help those that have been convicted/falsely accused of crimes they did not commit. Both Michael Bolhuis and Mo are committed to assisting men that have faced discrimination and accusations as he has but haven’t been lucky enough to get the right assistance. Tol Ass Mo and Michael Bolhuis alongside the Police force and our South African justice system are committed to ensuring that we help those that need the help.
