I mean it’s absolutely insane. Waffles went from a follow to a whole co-sign from Drake. And as exciting as that is, Drake has a long history of preying on beautiful young women! There’s no doubt in the fact that Uncle Waffles is a hard working beautiful individual. We enjoy watching her journy and growth in the industry beyond the borders of South Africa. This is why we do not want her to fall into the Drake trap!

On twitter there has been memes about Mihlali crushing on Drake but getting overshadowed by Uncle Waffles. The Tweet that particularly stood out was says “Mihlali is pushing 30 and beyond Drake’s age of preference because he cannot groom and prey on her. He’s a predator and I don’t want us to encourage what he’s trying with Uncle Waffles because she’s clearly still impressionable.”

And to be fair Uncle Waffles is a 2000, yes you read that correctly she is 22 years old meanwhile Drake is 35. A whole 13 Years age gap. Why does this matter, well because Drake has a long history of predatory behavior with teens girls. Lets not forget Millie Bobby Brown, Billie Eilish or the 17 year old girl he was kissing on, on stage.
Let alone the history drake has of “co-signing” these young woman, offering them a feature then dropping them after getting what he really wants from them. I mean Naomi Sharon… Drake flew out Naomi and her now-ex-fiancé for her to work on a track with him. Where she allegedly cheated on her ex-fiancé with Drake. Worst part is that the song he flew her over to work on is still unreleased…
We just hope that if Drake an Uncle Waffles were to work together or just involved with one another. She is not one of the women that he uses to feel good about himself. As a country we should protect Uncle Waffles at all costs! She is too precious!
